Amy Heisz is a Customer Service Representative for BAPI. Amy spent several years as a social services coordinator after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, which allowed her the opportunity to develop relationships with many of the people she dealt with.

“I enjoy coming to work every day and learning something new,” she says. “The work atmosphere is really friendly and everyone is great to work with.” Amy and her husband, Doug have been married 19 years and have three children. She enjoys watching her children in their various activities and spending time with family. She volunteers for the local school wrestling club, helps with recitals at a local dance and gymnastics gym and names baking as her hidden talent.
