Customer Service Representative
Emily Patti is a Customer Service Representative for BAPI. Emily worked for several years as a client services representative in global background screening before transitioning to being a work-at-home parent teaching English as a second language online while raising her two children. She is a graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. Emily enjoys working with people and exceeding expectations to create positive experiences for our customers.
Emily and her family moved to Gays Mills in 2021 where they enjoy raising their chickens, ducks, and rabbits on their small family homestead. As a family, they’re passionate about sustainability and working with nature. BAPI’s commitment to reducing dependency on natural resources drew her to be a part of the BAPI family.
