What information do we collect?

We collect contact information such as names, addresses, and phone numbers when you purchase the BAPI WAM solution as well as when you register additional locations, people, and sensors with our website.  After signing up, we collect the point data information for your future use in trend and alarm reports.

How do we use your information?

Contact information registered with the website and sensor data collected during use of the system may be used for troubleshooting of any issues. Phone numbers and email addresses will be used to send alerts as decided by the user during setup.  Data points collected are stored and used for your future use in trend or alarm reports.

How do we protect your information?

Each customer has a password protected account.  The customer is responsible for choosing an appropriate login name and password that will prevent others from access to the customer account.  The user also has the ability to regularly change the passwords as they deem prudent.

Do we disclose any information to third parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personal information.  This does  not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating the website, so long as those trusted third parties agree to keep your personal information confidential.  All trusted third parties adhere to the privacy policy statements listed here.
