Jan Zurawski joined BAPI as Business Development & Operations Manager, where he leverages his extensive background in industrial project leadership and customer relations to drive operational excellence and business growth. Jan has managed large-scale chilled water systems and led cross-functional teams, consistently delivering innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Jan is passionate about optimizing building performance and believes that strong collaboration and attention to detail are key to successful project outcomes. He enjoys working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Jan enjoys riding his motorcycle and staying active. Whether he’s exploring scenic routes on two wheels or finding new ways to keep moving, Jan values adventure and the energy it brings to both his personal and professional life.
