Jonathan Hillebrand has literally seen – and done it all at BAPI. Hillebrand has worked for the company since 1996, making him the longest tenured employee in the history of the company at 24 years and counting. Jonathan began working when the company was still located in Cross Plains, WI. For the first 4 ½ years he worked on various lines before moving to the sales team – and then product management for a short time before returning to sales. In 2019 he again transitioned to Product Management where he is currently a Senior Product Manager.

When asked about what he enjoys the most Jonathan answers “The ability to share creative ideas for our new and existing products.”  When he is not at BAPI, Hillebrand enjoys anything outdoors, woodworking, ATV riding and snowmobiling. He and his wife own a small business in their hometown where they donate their time and resources to youth sports as well as the local FFA program that their children are a part of.
