John Shields

Business Development and Regional Sales Manager

John Shields has been with BAPI since 2007. In January 2020 Shields was assigned one of our international Business Development & Regional Sales Manager positions, catalyzing our growth in the regions of the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and South America. Shields says, “I really enjoy getting into the details of unusual applications/projects that our customers run into in the field, as well as the long term relationship building both internally and externally.”

Outside of work, Shields is an avid supporter of Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. It has been a very rewarding experience to support our network of scouts. Shields also enjoys projects around the house ranging from yard work to kitchen remodels to changing light bulbs.

Murtaza Kalabhai

Technical Sales Engineer

Murtaza Kalabhai joined BAPI in early 2023. However, he’s been in the HVAC/R industry for some time. Murtaza will primarily support customers in the Middle East, India, and nearby countries.

Murtaza Kalabhai is a seasoned expert in BMS and HVAC peripherals, with over 7 years of technical experience. He is well versed with AWS cloud architecture. His background is in information technology.

On a personal front, he unwinds with gardening and reading about new technology trends.
