Tyler Patzner joined the BAPI team in 2015 as a customer service representative and then moved to the role of an account specialist/inside sales rep in 2017 after learning more about BAPI products, applications and a better understanding of HVAC practices. In August 2019 Patzner was named a Key Account Specialist. Patzner says “Everyday you run into something unique and different, whether it’s a conversation learning about a new application or hearing success stories. I love traveling and meeting new people which also makes my job very enjoyable.” Patzner was then named Sales Operations & Customer Service Manager in 2024.

From May through October, Patzner or “Patz” as he’s known, can usually be found on the golf course during his off time, or playing in basketball and baseball leagues around the area. Once the fall hunting seasons roll around he enjoys spending time in the woods. Since graduating from high school Patzner has also remained active in the prep sports scene, coaching 6 seasons of summer rec baseball for 4 teams ranging in age from 5 to 14 years old. He has also coached the local high school’s junior varsity baseball team as well as coaching for 4 seasons in the middle school basketball program.
