At BAPI, technology and innovation work hand in hand to keep us at the forefront of HVAC sensor design and manufacturing. As we celebrate Manufacturing Month, we’re highlighting some of the exciting advancements on our production floor that help us deliver high-quality products to customers faster and more efficiently than ever before.

One of those advancements is 3D printing, which allows BAPI to respond quickly to customer needs and bring products to market without long delays. By producing parts in-house, we can adapt designs, reduce wait times, and ensure quality while keeping up with growing demand across industries like data centers.

We’ve also introduced collaborative robotic arms to support our production team. These arms assist with repetitive tasks such as product inspection and testing, helping maintain consistency while freeing up our employees to focus on more specialized work. The result is improved accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in the products that reach our customers.

While the technology is impressive, the real story is how it empowers our people. By combining high-tech tools with the expertise of our team, BAPI continues to drive innovation in HVAC sensors while strengthening our position as a global leader in manufacturing.
That same spirit of growth and innovation is also fueling our expansion overseas. In October, BAPI’s new 21,000-square-foot facility in Nowa Wola, Poland, just south of Warsaw, began producing sensors. This site serves as a hub for manufacturing, distribution, and customer service across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.

The facility is already delivering core sensor products, including non-room temperature and combination temperature/humidity sensors, while continuing to expand capabilities. Alongside production, the site is actively building out additional testing and calibration areas to support long-term growth.

With a growing team of skilled engineers, technicians, and managers, the Poland facility strengthens BAPI’s ability to serve customers worldwide. Together with our U.S. operations, this expansion ensures that BAPI continues to meet rising global demand while upholding our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care.
